This is the replacement bike that I had for a theft that occurred in 2005, that really broke my heart, as the last bike I had came with me to Italy and Switzerland on some riding I did through the Alps and around Como in 2004. However, I am pleased to say that this bike is in fact a DAM good replacemnet for which I am truly grateful. All sorted out with a minimum of fuss as well, the insurance company were just brilliant.

In time, (when I am not diving or reading or working or sleeping) I will try and get some more stuff that I have done on this page for you to see and read about. It shouldn't take long, so keep looking and I am sure one day, just like this bit, it will happen indeed. I am going to do things like helmet cam and show the clips here, there are some great mountain biking trails here in the UK and in Wales too, so this summer will be a good time to hit some of them.
